Credits are virtual currency within VideoTube. You can use them to access exclusive content, use premium features, and more. Depending on the model you choose, each video generation will deduct at least 10 credits or more.
New users receive 200 credits upon registration, and you can purchase additional credits to enhance your VideoTube experience.Unused credits from a purchased plan will expire at the end of the month.

Annual subscription users: Subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year, so there's no need to cancel. Monthly subscription users: You can easily cancel your subscription in the "Subscription" menu within your workspace, without any additional fees. Please note that after cancellation, your current plan will remain valid for the rest of the month, and you will not be charged starting the next month. Your data stored in VideoTube will not be lost.

If you find that this product is not suitable within 24 hours of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund for subscriptions using no more than 10% of points; if over 10%, we’ll issue a partial refund. Within 72 hours, subscriptions using no more than 5% of points will get a full refund; if over 5%, only a partial refund is available. Refunds are not available after 72 hours. Refund processing takes 7-15 business days.

Any personal information you register with VideoTube will remain confidential and protected by encryption algorithms.
For free users, the AI videos you generate will be publicly shared with the community by default.
For paid users, you can customize whether your generated AI videos are made public.

Yes, VideoTube is committed to creating a safe and positive environment. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
Pornographic content, violent and harmful content, hate speech and discrimination, illegal activities, impersonation and false information, spam and scams, etc. Violating these rules may lead to content removal or account suspension.
VideoTube uses an automated review system to detect and block non-compliant content through methods such as keyword restrictions and NSFW image recognition, taking appropriate actions to prevent the generation of prohibited content. VideoTube strives to provide a safe and respectful environment for all users.

Getting started with VideoTube’s free trial is easy! Simply visit our website, register, and log in. New users will receive 200 credits valid for 24 hours to explore all the features. After that, free users will receive 100 credits per month to use on VideoTube.
